Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service and constitute a binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to your use of the service.

Registration & Account Maintenance

To utilize certain features, you must register and create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and account data. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized account usage.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access, hacking, distributing malicious content, or infringing on intellectual property rights. You must not interfere with the security mechanisms or data of other users. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

User-Generated Content

All content you upload or submit remains yours, but you grant the service a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to host, copy, distribute, and display that content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for any content you submit. The service reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service for any third-party claims regarding your content.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Certain features require payment of fees at the rates displayed when you subscribe. All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these Terms. You agree to pay any applicable taxes associated with your purchases. If a payment fails, the service may suspend your access to paid features until the outstanding balance is settled.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel auto-renewal through your account settings. Canceling will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. The service is under no obligation to prorate any fees for partial periods.

Service Changes & Discontinuation

The service may add, modify, or remove features at its discretion, with or without notice. Major changes that significantly alter functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance. You acknowledge that no compensation is due for any modifications or discontinuation. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated service.

Suspension & Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice of suspension or termination will be given where feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. You are required to delete any local copies of materials obtained from the service.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All software, graphics, text, and other content on the service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license to use the service. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute proprietary materials without authorization. Violations may lead to civil and criminal penalties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without any warranties, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access. You assume all risks associated with your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on liability, so this clause may not apply fully in certain cases.
